We grow, develop, and support the Change Management community in Hong Kong.

More than ever, large transformation programs are re-inventing many of the ways we work. These programs invariably create huge changes to ways of working, to the systems we use to work, and to our working structure and organization. The Change Management role is to ensure that our people adopt these new ways of working, training them in getting the most out of new processes and technology, and thereby helping ensure the return on investment of these huge programs.


Change Management as a discipline has been widely embraced in parts of the world, but it needs adapting to local culture and ways of working, and so in Hong Kong this is where we take the best practices and work out how to get the best results in the organizations, we are working in.


We are a friendly and sociable group comprising both of specialist Change Managers and other professional disciplines, and we love learning, teaching, and helping people to achieve their change ambitions.
